Vetonia is not a traditional language school. It is a small-group Spanish immersion experience
where you learn through conversation, cultural activities, nature and everyday life in rural Spain.
Instead of studying Spanish only in a classroom, you practice the language throughout the day:
during meals, walks, workshops, local visits and shared experiences in the Tiétar Valley.
Learn in small groups that encourage conversation and real interaction
Activities like cooking, hiking or local traditions become the core of the learning process
A peaceful rural environment that makes learning natural and inspiring
Each program adapts to the interests and rhythm of the participants
Vetonia has its roots in La Iglesuela del Tiétar, a small village in the Tiétar Valley just south of the Sierra de Gredos mountains.
Only 90 minutes from Madrid, this peaceful rural area offers a different side of Spain: mountain views, traditional villages, rivers, natural pools, local food and quiet life away from mass tourism.
It is the ideal setting for a Spanish immersion experience where language is not only studied, but lived.
Explore trails, rivers and natural landscapes shaped by the Sierra de Gredos.
Experience daily life in small Spanish towns where local traditions are still part of everyday culture.
