Services may be directed to adults, students, professionals, families and minors with parental authorization.
3. Contracting process
Services may be contracted through:
- Contact form
- Email communication
- Direct booking after acceptance of a quotation
The contract is considered confirmed when the student confirms the booking and payment is received.
4. Prices
Prices are communicated in advance and may vary depending on duration or programme type. Taxes are included where applicable.
Prices may be updated, but confirmed bookings keep the agreed price.
5. Payment methods
Payments may be made via:
- Bank card
- Stripe payment platform
- Other agreed methods
Payment may be required in advance or according to specific programme conditions.
6. Cancellation policy (online lessons)
More than 24 hours notice
Lessons may be rescheduled without additional cost.
Less than 24 hours notice
The lesson will be considered completed and will not be refunded except in justified circumstances.
Late arrival
Lessons will finish at the scheduled time.
If the teacher cannot attend due to justified reasons, an alternative time will be offered.
7. Online lessons
Lessons are conducted via Google Meet or another video‑conferencing platform.
Students must ensure they have:
- Stable internet connection
- Compatible device
- Access to the meeting link
Vetonia is not responsible for interruptions caused by the user’s technical issues.
Lessons are not recorded unless previously agreed.
8. Spanish immersion programmes
Vetonia may organize learning programmes in Spain including:
- In‑person classes
- Cultural activities
- Outdoor activities
- Collaboration with external providers
Specific programme details will be communicated beforehand.
9. Activities organised by third parties
Some activities may be organized by external companies or professionals. These providers are responsible for their activities and participants must comply with their conditions.
Vetonia acts as an intermediary when organising such experiences.
10. Minors
Services for minors require booking by parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for authorizing participation.
11. Intellectual property
All website content, including texts, images, videos and educational resources, is owned by Vetonia or its licensors.
Reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.
Educational materials are provided for personal learning only.
12. Liability
Vetonia provides services with professional diligence but is not responsible for:
- Website technical interruptions
- User connection problems
- Incidents caused by external providers
13. Data protection
Personal data is processed according to the website Privacy Policy.
14. Applicable law
