Our name comes from the Vetones, an ancient people who lived in this land long before modern Spain existed. Since then, many cultures have passed through this territory — Romans, Visigoths and later Muslim civilisation — , shaping the landscape, the traditions and the language we speak today.
Spanish, like this place, is made of layers, stories and encounters.
We start from here — from a local, rooted Spanish — and open the door to a wider world. Because Spanish is not one single voice, but many.
At Vetonia, our reference is the Spanish of central Spain, but our teachers bring experience from different regions, countries and cultures. This allows us to guide you through Spanish as it is truly lived.
We are a network of teachers, but also part of a wider community: people who host, cook, guide, create and collaborate to make each experience real.
Because learning a language is not about memorising words.
It is about living it.
At Vetonia, we invite you to experience Spanish —
not only to learn it.
